It's entirely possible I misunderstood the sign at JoAnn's -- was it By the Bolt or Buy the Bolt? Big sale on flannel and polka dots!
Aren't these the prettiest things you have ever seen? A long time and very sweet friend sent me these handmade, hand quilted, place mats and napkins using vintage fabrics. Is your heart going pitter patter? Her son and my daughter went to kindergarten together in Japan. Those children are now 25 years old.
Tea for two.

You will always know what to do with a polka dotted bolt!
And those placemats are so pretty. Such a treasure with lovely memories.
Those are wonderful and cheery mats!! What a sweet gift!
I was trying a new to me recipe this week for banana muffins. I got all of the ingredients added and they looked strange. I realized they had omitted the flour so I had to "wing" it. The flavor was great, but there was too much flour. Note to self...try less next time. Maybe I will try your instead!!!!!
Those place mats make me feel happy just to look at them.
As for the cookies - well, they just make me feel hungry!
