Be a Pipster in 2012

Want to be a Pipster?  Please join me in finishing Projects in Progress during 2012.

Here are the rules:

*No rules, no sign ups, no contract signed in blood
*You don't have to follow me, facebook, tweet, stumble upon or show pinterest
*I'm going to put this cute button on my side bar and during the new year list the PiPs I complete
*Please feel free to use this button or make your own--click HERE for cute, free images
*You may blog about it and use my button but I would appreciate a link back

I certainly don't subscribe to "she who dies with the most PiPs wins!"

Leave me a comment and let me know if you want to join the Pipster Parade.  Remember this is just for fun and encouragement.  If you really don't want to finish a PiP then perhaps you might consider giving it to someone who will.

Have fun!

~Piecefully, Stephanie

Love the button you made and will be using it (o:
Thank you also for the link to make a button. I've never done that so should try it one day.
Happy pipping!

I try to find the balance of working on new and in-progress projects ... but usually end up creating more projects than I finish. I look forward to seeing and being inspired by everyone's finished projects. I'm in.

I'm in, too, although I can't promise anything. I have had a quilt on the couch for hiding and cutting threads while watching TV for many months... so many that I'm embarrassed to admit how many and I just watch the TV... even when there is only crud on the blasted thing. I'll enjoy your endings, Stephanie.
Hugs~

Cute button...I'm definitely in...hopefully after today I'll have a list of projects in progress!

I'm going to join you in spirit only because...now please don't send me hate mail or throw stones at me...but I don't have any PIPS.

I know myself too well in that if I had a bunch of PIPS or WIPS or other kinds of 'IPS' hiding in a closet or box somewhere, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. Consequently, I must finish whatever project I'm working on...love it or hate it...before moving on to the next one. But this self inflicted rule DOES NOT prevent me from buying new fabric or notions or other must-have sewing related IPS.

Having said that, I think I'd better get my tush outta here because I think I feel the gust of wind from low flying objects buzzing past my head.

I sure can use some motivation to get projects finished in 2012 and I love the informal nature of PIPS!

(Your blogheader says that your blog is under construction?)

Great minds think alike. This is something I had decided I want to do in 2012 too. I like your button. I thought I would set a goal for myself to get one PIP done each month (I like this much better than calling them UFO's).

I'm joining in too because I have Projects in Progress all of the time. In fact this may help me to keep working and finish them.

This is exactly what I need. I was thinking about my New Year and knowing that some "Pips", UFOs or whatever had to be completed. Have quite a few and some little quilts need to get to their new "grandchildren" owners! I'm in for sure.

Just the other day I made a PiP finishing list. I've never made one before and was rather surprised at how long it was. Hmmmm.... Another thing on my list is to back to blogging. Seems it's been a while!

What a fantastic idea. It was exactly what I needed to get started with sewing. I have many unfinished projects (PIPS) that would need to be completed. I would like to use your button in my blog http://kickelinassylya.blogspot.com/
Hope it goes well even though I write in Swedish in my blog.
