Happy Wednesday

It's hot and the air quality is very bad for the elderly, the young, those with pre-existing health conditions and pets with allergies.  Someone isn't feeling well and is very clingy.

I had to pick up reserved books at my local library today.  I told myself I did not need to stop at the antique mall.  Well I ignored myself and am I ever glad  I did.

Two plus

Three is five plus

 Two is seven plus

Four is ELEVEN full feedsacks.  I feel like the Count on Sesame Street!  I really need to get on this vendor's speed dial.

I also got some exciting mail.  Jackie sent back a quilt she quilted for a pattern.  Oh happy day.  It's adorable.  My mail lady got a mango popsicle today and she told me she was hoping I was home  because it was hot and she needed that popsicle!

Off to sew binding.

Poor Abby!! Cooler weather on the way, old girl!! Would you share with me where this Antique Mall is? We head toward Columbus every once in awhile.

Ric rac and polka dot. Reminds me of Stephanie. Look forward to see the pattern one day (:
Two favorite feedsacks: the grey-blue white one and the one with "polka dots" .
Could you show a picture of a whole feedsack one day. No idea what it looks like.

Love those feedsack prints, the print in picture 3 with the orange and blue circles is adorable!!!

And Abby of course, she’s adorable as always. Hope the warmth will be gone soon and all the allergies as well!

Oh, sweet pic! And great, squealable haul at the antique mall. Beauties. We have no idea who our mail person is because it is a central box. I can't imagine a popsicle would last very long in there :)

OO sneaky peeks!

What a wonderful haul! I hope you have lots of fun with them.

So sorry to hear about Abby. Squeak and Bungle had a huge walk this afternoon and ate an ice lolly on the way home. It got so hot they didn't care that it wasn't an icecream.

Poor sweet Abby - hope the air clears for her asap.
Had to giggle...the Count was Mr E's favourite Sesame Street character when the kids were little and he's been known to step into the role with the grandsons. ;-)

So funny, my cats were very clingy yesterday too. Although, they don't go outside and inside is pretty comfy with the central air on, so the clinginess really can't be explained except for love. You really scored, once again, at the antique market! The feedsacks are gorgeous! And I can't wait until you reveal the entire quilt!!

Poor Abby, even though she is not feeling well that photo made me smile. Such a cute face.

You find the most amazing things Stephanie and I love to see what you bring home.
The feedsacks are so pretty. I think I would sit petting them all day long :)
I can't wait to see more of the lovely polka dots and ric rak.
I hope Abby is not suffering too much today. This heat is just awful.
