The Weekend

Patience pays off.  I have been wanting  an old ironing "table" for quite some time.  It had to be in great condition and the price had to be right.  Score!  This looks as if it's never been used, especially with the label still in tact.

I think it will be a terrific prop!

This sweet piece of yardage also found it's way to me.  There is more yardage than I know I'll use so I'm offering a piece HERE.

Abby is embarrassed that I would share a photo of her in her new tub.  There are some finishing touches to be done but Abby's new bathroom is very nice.  She can't wait to share it with her kids when they come home for Christmas.

The WW is a great match to the vintage ironing table.
Ah, sweet dear Abby!

The Automatic Ironing Table is SO fine! I remember my grandmother had a wooden one, very heavy.

Abby looks as though she Wants a bath !~! I must be reading her expression wrong; is there a dog out there that likes a bath ?~!

Like the quilt draped across the Ironing Table too.

I had an old wood ironing board in my sewing room for years, and then sold it at a garage sale when we moved. It was snapped up right away. They must be a great collectors item.

How I love your new ironing board - it's a real beauty! Wringer Washer looks right at home on it, too! Love Abby's new bathroom - I think she looks like she could use a treat, though, don't you?
Cheers!

What a good dog, sitting in the tub. One of my projects is giving Molly a bath today. I'm trying to work up the courage, it's a full body contact sport, traumatic for everyone involved.

Great table, you are the queen of awesome finds!!

Abby? Naked in the tub? How could you, Mom?

It's okay, Abby. Ollie says you look just fine...and your bathroom does too!

Love that ironing board, Stephanie. A perfect prop for sure!

Abby looks like she's saying "oh no... You didn't really post the picture on the blog". Give her an extra pet from me and tell her she's adorable as always :)
What a great find the ironing table is. It really looks to be in perfect condition. Perfect prop :)

Abby does look embarrassed. She is probably glad there is not water in the tub.
I don't think I have ever seen a ironing board like that before.

I just love your new ironing board! I had to say goodbye to mine some time ago. It was wooden with green iron legs and a shelf underneath for the iron to sit on. I loved it, but no more room. :o( I just want to hug Abby and tell her it will be OK...

That was a nice find! And with a label, which makes it more special. The covering is perfect too. Abby looks so cute, she needs a hug!

Abby does look a bit puzzled as to why she might be sitting in a tub with no water :)
More great finds. I am always excited for you when you find something special.
