Wednesday Things

Abby has heard whispers that she's finally getting a new quilt.

Shhh...

Eat dessert first! I highly recommend these tasty treats. Rumi is coming over today for a tea/lunch.  I had to sample to donuts to make sure they were tasty.  What's for lunch?  Curried Squash Soup, Apple Walnut Scones, and Roast Beef and Swiss Finger Sandwiches with Horseradish Cream.  Of course tea and donuts for dessert.

Abby love Rumi.

Lucky Abby, what a sweet dog. I'm still marveling at her jumping in the bathtub when you say it's time.
I gave Molly an old quilt to lay on and she shook it up, run around the house with it, growled at it and shook it some more. sigh.
If I leave now, I can be there in about 7 hours, oops, too late for that yummy sounding lunch, enjoy!

Lucky Abby! Pressure's on to make Lily one too. I would have to make her a matching pillow too. She loves to rest her head on one.

OMG! Chai and donuts all I one???????

was just saying to Frank this morning, I need to make the dogs each a quilt to put over them in the winter. The Swissys were triple coated doggies and at home in the cold. It takes three bassets to get the same three coats!!!

They get so shivery cold!

I love the fabrics for Abby's new quilt! Are they flannel? The paw print one is too cute.

Can't wait to make the donuts. :)

Lucky puppy! I just made a new cover for Anna's pillow and I think she approves, as did Willow(our house cat)! When Anna's not on the pillow Willow will sneak in and roll around then snuggle in! Always envious of your lunches with Rumi! Hope you had a wonderful time ladies!!
